I've been trying to think of why there is a difference between a large plot
and a small plot...?

Turning in the crop come spring adds as much organic

Now the next question: is there any way I can get around tilling? I'm
guessing that most cover crops (I put down a mixture of winter peas, rye,
vetch, and some others that are slipping my mind at the moment) arent going
to conveniently lay down and rot come spring. Any ideas?

Thanks--
