Hello
I am an organic gardener and find it very interresting that so many people
think it's hard work to garden organically. That's the way they did it a long
time ago. Before chemicals and poisons. They worked the land and they knew the
plants and the soil. Back then, the soil was healthy and healthy soil makes for
healthy plants and healthy plants fight off insects and can take care of
problems. Feed the soil and you will feed the plant.
As for time, trouble and being cost effective. Spend time with your plants and
garden. Sure you can buy it cheaper in the store because all you have to do is
grab it and throw it in the cart. In a garden you have to be the caretaker.
Each day will bring a different experience. Each day will bring you closer to
what it must have been like in the old days.
I will say this. If we don't try and get the old days back, the days will get
old. Remember. You can't eat a computor and a degree is just a mark on
thermometer.
