I was thinking of that (which is why I didn't go with 5ft tall, especially
when I realized how tall that would be), but I'll have access from the front
and back for all sections, and an extra side access for the left and right
bins. The main thing I want to make sure of is that it won't slow down the
process by having sides blocked. Especially since the center bin will only
have the front and back sides open when the left and right bins are full.
