Cat feces? I dont think you need to be too concerned with spreading
disease...especially if you bury it. If you have an active compost pile,
the heat will certainly take care of any disease problems.

Burying it should also work. Honestly, I'd just chuck the stuff in a
low-traffic part of the lawn. It should decompose in a matter of
days/weeks.
