You could try an A-frame design for simplicity of construction. Depending
on how many windows you have, you position it to face south (ends east and
west) and really load up the front to make it bigger, while the back is
solid.
A shuttered vent fan in the west end and a combo screen/storm door in the
east, and you're all set.
I did that in SC when I found the shed in my newly-purchased house full of
4'x8' thermopane panels.
