Familiar with it, yes. Good product for the casual gardener i.e. something
to add to the collection of deck/patio gadgetry...that offers "little or no
effort gardening". Is it "true gardening"? Depends on the degree of interest
a person has and the extend of effort one is willing to put into gardening.
For the part time/casual gardener, this is a very good product. mode off>

Not expensive, considering the tooling, setup and marketing costs involved,
Dave. Your initial prototype would cost several thousand dollars...

The method here is based on drip-down, water soluable nutrients that most
plants will need and reach. You can build your own, yes. But most people no
longer think that way....
