Mike,
I have found that plants such as Impatiens, violets and pansies are
happy in part light. Strawberries would also like that sort of
situation.
While your rosemary will grow in low light, the oils that give it its
fragrance and flavour are made in response to UV, so you may find the
flavour disappointing.
