Though there may be some on this ng with experience with farm ponds, I would
highly recommend checking out rec.ponds. Actually, go to dejanews.com and
search the database for the FAQ file. I'm pretty sure that they list some
books. The folks in that ng are particularly helpful, too, and some of them
are extrememly knowledgable. It is a large and busy group, however, so be sure
to be very specific in your subject heading or it may be awhile before someone
notices.

The only book in my collection with reference to farm ponds is in Permaculture:
A Design Manual by Bill Mollison. Chapter 13 is devoted to aquaculture,
which may not interest you per se, but there is lots of good information...
