We installed two ceiling fans in our large sunroom. Three speeds, with a
reversable air-flow for winter/summer use. (Hot air rises;
the 'winter' setting reverses the fan blades, pushing the air to the
ceiling, forcing the warm air down.The air is pushed out, and flows down
along the walls, so you don't experience wind drafts.) We keep the fans
on the lowest summer setting most of the time--here in N. Amerca, we are
going into summer.
I hate to think of covering sunrom windows, but I'm working out
details for bottom-up shades, both for privacy and heat control. Pulled
2/3 closed, we'll be able to see the greenery, yet still have our
privacy.

Sunroom Question

rapdor@gc.quik.com.au (rapdor)
I have a screened sunroom, with closing glass windows. It is getting
cool here (east coast Australia) and I would like to close the windows
at night. But when I do, each morning there is a rather unhealthy smell
in the sunroom. It smells to me as though the air is stale and perhaps
not too healthy.
Please comment. Thanks
