Find someone locally to help you get a proper id on the pest.
Lacewings are beneficial insects that feed on aphids and should be
left alone. You could try posting a description here to see if anyone
recognizes what you have, but it can be difficult to work from a
verbal description. Do post what area of which country you are from if
you do decide to post a description of the insect.
