I don't know about 'Corn' cats, but spent litter from cat boxes for just
plain 'cat' cats doesn't belong in a garden that will produce food. Not
even after thorough composting. The problem is the possible passage of
disease organisms to the ultimate consumer of the produce. FWIW, same
caution is valid for dog waste.
