This is my first question to a newsgroup. I hope this is the right one
for my question.

I have heard Jerry Baker mention that beer and human saliva are good
"enzyme activators" for soil. Is this really true? What is in both
beer and saliva that the soil likes? Is is just for decomposing thatch,
or does it help the soil in other ways?

Anyone know what the common ingredent is?

Thanks
