I assume that you are referring to the Mexican Bean Beetle.
It creates a problem that is easier prevented than controlled.
One of the easier prevention techniques is the use of agricultural fabrics
as a protective barrier which is something that you might consider on the
other side of the current infestation.
The web page for Arbico at http://www.usit.net/hp/bionet/arbico.html lists a
number of
bean beetle predators and there is also Neem. I could only guess as to which
would give the better control. FWIW, I
think I would put most of my emphasis on the prevention using agricultural
fabric.
