yes, it's worth while. that's a good price. however, you might want to be
careful about really piling it on. mushroom growers use what's available
locally, so formulas will differ. some substances used in making the
compost might be high in salts. if you pile too much on, you could
experience some transient problems.

if you're an organic purist, ask what raw materials they use, and
especially ask whether they treat the compost or the materials with any
chemicals.
