Subject: Who ate the grapes From: "Wayne Bell" <wbell@golden.net> Organization: Golden Triangle Online Date: Sun, 12 Sep 99 09:31:30 Message-ID: <MOD$990911.22418@rec.gardens.ecosystems>
A couple of days ago, my partner and I went out to the garden to taste the
Niagara grapes that were growing on the fence. They were plump and sweet and
ready for picking. The next day we decided to take some to a house warming
for friends and discovered that all the grapes were gone. Vanished. My first
impression was that they were swarmed by birds but the evidence doesn't
point in that direction. The bottom of the grape vines have been trampled.
What animals would eat all of the grapes? If it was one animal, I would
think it would have a bad case of diarrhea. Any ideas?
