I went to the posted web site read the intro and then began the survey. I
cannot complete your survey for several reasons:
1. By just showing me a picture, you are asking for an emotional response.
Does it look pretty? How do you feel?
2. There is no background information about the picture. is it farmland? Was
it prairie? Were there major ecological changes such as drainage to this
area?
3. What surrounds this picture?
4. What was the land used for?
5. What was it before?
6. Why do you care how I feel about the picture?
I appreciate you endeavoring to conduct a study, but on the surface, it is a
questionable study and its results will also be questionable. I have been
involved in numerous restoration projects and I do not recall how I felt or
would I want to have a picnic there ever coming into consideration.
