You could try using pyrethrum (chrysanthemum flower extract) but you really
need to get it in contact with the bugs themselves. The best defence may be
to prevent the bugs from actually getting on your plants. Have you ever
used floating row covers? It will be a pain because you'll have to
hand-pollinate the squash flowers.

Parasitic wasps and flies have been known to help control both squash and
stink bugs. If you planted alyssum or dill around your squash, you may be
able to attract these beneficial insects.
