the service to Him, He being the means, the soul's longingness, the Lord as
the refuge and His everlasting act of rescue.

nilai-ALA--> The Lord who governs us and
gives us the opportunity to serve Him--> kainkarya-p-prApthi.

vEaNdAyE-Agilum--> If the Lord does not want to grant us the
privilege to serve Him, then it is not possibel to do so.Thus, the only way
to attain the goal is His consent and His Grace, is the message.avanEA upAyam.

thwarikkaiyum' is the prescription by sri piLLai lOkAchAryar. The
conviction that the ultimate aim will be achieved and yearn and long for
that. By the words - un-agalthAl ALAyEA, AzhwAr's

silai-ALA--> The weapons on the Lord is a
symbolic reference that we take refuge in Him.

eidha--> The Lord's divine act of succumbing to sri sugrEvA's
test of firing arrow through the seven trees is a gesture of rescuing and
this is qutoted by AzhwAr to reiterate His, ever willing attitutude of
'rakshagathvam'.

are highlighted
