Dear Bhagavatas,
Adiyen recently, had the bhagyam of hearing Shri Ue.Ve.Velukkudi
Krishnan's
Introductory part of the
Ramayanam "Upanyasam".
Following are some of the excerpts from the the ocean, which adiyen
wishes
to share with the saha Bhagavatas:

Our Shriman Narayanan blesses his Adiyars with his five avatars, namely
"Para", "Vyuha",
"Antaryami", "Vibava" and "Archai". The Pramanams for the above
Prameyams
will be the following:

"Para"	-- Vedas
"Vyaha" --	AgamAs namely Pancharatram and Vaikanasam
"Antaryami" --	Smritis, like Manu Smuriti
"Vibava"	--	Itihasas like Ramanyanam and Mahabaratham
"Archai"	--	Azhvar's Divya Prabandams

Out of the above five, the Azhvar's Divya Prabandams gain greater
significance, due to the tangibility of this Prameyam even to the
"Bhadda Jeevatmas". This was explained with the following beautiful analogy:

A man who is very thirsty goes in search of Water. On his way, he meets
a Rishi and asks him where he can get water so as to quench his thirst.

The rishi started with the first available source stating that the
Clouds over the top of his head are storehouses of huge amount of water. For
this, he replied even though they are the best available source, that
is of no use for quenching his immediate thirst. This is analogous to the
Prameyam described in Vedas.

The rishi contined to give, the next available resource, as the Distant
Ocean. For this also the man replied, it cannot be an answer for his
existing problem due to the following reasons.
First of all the Ocean is not accesible, so easily, to a man living in
the distant land.
Secondly the water in the ocean cannot be consumed directly, as it has
to undergo lots of processes before it can be consumed as a drinkable
water. This is analogous to the "Vyuha" Vasudevan, who is accessible only to
the Devas and Devatas who do severe tapas.

Being not satisfied, the rishi posted the next available resource as
the Water Table available deep inside the earth. The man replied that, in
his current situation, he is not in a position to dig deep into the earth
and access the available water. The is analogous to the "Antaryami".

The rishi, then made reference to the past Monsoon season which gave
plentiful rains. For this he replied, the water of the Monsoons, is a
thing of the past which cannot help his immediate thirst. This is analogous
to the Rama and Krishna "Vibava" Avatars of our Emperuman.

Then, finally the rishi showed him the adjacent ponds which are formed
due to the foregone monsoons. He immediately went there and quenched his
thirst. This is analogous to the "Archa Avatarams" in the different
divya desams.

Emperuman, due to his Kaarunyam very well knew that, the bhadda
Jeevatmas cannot access him, if he is not available as "water in the ponds" and
hence gives "Sevai" as Archa Avataram, which can be enjoyed even by the
Nastikas.

Adiyen would like to conclude with this and wishes to post many such
articles as, as per the words of Shri Shri Anna (Shri Krishna Premi),
Emperuman should be enjoyed by the Bhagavatas more as a Ghosti and not
as an individual. Abiding by his footsteps, adiyen wishes to share the
different anubavams with the saha bhagavatas.

Whatever mistakes the learned members of this group find in the above
exerpt are entirely due to the "Agnyanam" of adiyen and whatever "knowledge"
the saha bagavatas obtained are entierly due to the kripai of our great
poorvacharya Shri Emperumanar.

Azhwar, Emperumanar Jeeyar Thiruvadigale saranam.
