In Bhuma Vidhya Sanat Maharishi says everything is in Name alone and
mediate on the Name.
Thus Name - Namam and the Glorious of all Names Govinda are used for
negatives to pacify the mind that this too is a Lord's Prasada and
accept the problems as a Grace of God.
Your esteemed self could find in Bhagavatam Canto 1 that Maharani Kunti
seeks more problems to have Darsan of God. Thus Problems are
opportunities of having Lord's Darsan or thought. Hence, when getting
cheated we try to remember maha mayan - Govindan.
That's why we started using Govindaa Govindaa when we get cheated up.
