HH Sri Vanamamalai kaliyan ramanuja Jeeyer 1853-1867 (Twentieth pattam)

Swamy?s kainkaryams contd.

On the arrival of Kalikandri mAmunivan, deivanAyakan with great pleasure sent
his chatra samara and other honours along with Sri satakOpan and welcomed
swamy. Swamy humbly accepted the honours and submitted the pattu peedhAmbharam
(grand vastrams (clothings specially made for emperuman)) to the divine feet of
deivanAyakan and did mangalasasanams with azhvar pasurams, ?A-namai nelam
keenda ennappanE kannA endrum ennai Aludai vAnanAyaganE!? and stood in front of
emperuman immersed in the divine anubhavam while emperuman called swamy
(arulapAdittu) ?nam vAnamamalai ramanuja Jeeyer!? and blessed swamy with his
theertham, satakOpan, thirumAlai, thiruparivattam and prasadams. Swamy then
took the permission to leave and proceeded to the other sannadhis, did
mangalAsAsanams and then reached the mutt. From then on swamy took atmost care
of the kainkaryams in both deivanayakan sannadhi and to aranganagarappan.

Swamy remained blessing his disciples with divine arthas in ubhaya vedanthaand
regularly continuing the dhadheeyArAdhanams, following his poorvAcharyas in
both jnanam and anushtanam concentrating on shisyaabhivriththi and spreading
the divine dharshanam to one and all.

After a few days, swamy wanted to do divya desa yathra and hence started his
journey along with a number of shisyas and srivaishnavas and visited pandiya
nAdu, chola nAdu and thondainAdu divyadesams and did mangalAsAsanams tothe
respective emperumans. All through the way swamy was honoured by all the
prabhus and srivaishnavas and swamy returned back to Vanamamalai with all the
precious gems and other things submitted by the disciples on the way. Swamy
then submitted all the collections during the yathra (pattu peedhAmbharams and
precious gems) to the divine feet of deivanAyakan and sirivaramangai nAchiyar.

In a few days, swamy submitted a beautiful gold thiruyagnOpaveetham
(thirupoonool) studded with precious gems to deivanAyakan and enjoyed seeing
perumal adorning the same.

Swamy then submitted a big golden bharmAsanam to swamy nammazhvar in azhvar
thirunagari. Further swamy submitted a lot of wealth for making the golden
abhethya kavasam for azhvar. Then swamy submitted a costly pannangu (outer
cover) decorated with gold for the thirupallakku (palanquin) of azhvar.

Swamy built a big, strong and spacious mutt in thirukurungudi.

Swamy built one other mutt in Sriperumbudur in the same manner.
In chola desam, swamy greatly helped to collect funds for the construction of
the fence wall surrounding the parakalan sannadhi.

Further, swamy in a grand manner celebrated the theppOtsavam of
varamangAvallabhan Sri deivanAyakan and rejoiced the occasion with a number of
like-minded srivaishnavas. Then swamy blessed one shisya who underwent
samAsrayanam under the divine feet of pattarbiran ramanuja jeeyer swamy, who
knew allthe sastras and one who learnt the manthArthams, bhashyam and bhagavat
vishayam as a close disciple of swamy, one who remained with great jnanam and
vairAkyam towards lowkikam and immersed in kainkaryam and granted
thureeyAsramam and named him nAthan jeeyer and handed over the responsibility
of taking care of the kainkaryams in nAthan sannadhi. Following swamy?s
ordersnAthan jeeyer went to nAthan sannadhi and took atmost care of the
kainkaryams over there.

While swamy remained in this way showering manthra manthrArthas along with
arulicheyal vyakhyAnams as kalashepams to his disciples swamy suddenly wished
to have the divine dharshanam of the charama stalam (where swamy attained
paramapadam) of his acharya pattarbiran swamy and also do mangalasAsanamsto the
divya desams on the way. Thereby swamy started his journey along with a number
of srivaishnavas doing mangalasasanams to various divya desamson the way and
reached bhakyapuram, visited seethAramapuram prostrated thecharama stalam of
his acharya and grieved remembering the great jnanAnushtanams of his acharya
and then consoled himself. Later due to the request of the disciples over
there, swamy stayed there for sometime.
