Dear bhAgavathAs: There is a Grand utsavam going on in vAnamAmalai DD. It is a 10 day function, and the sattrumarai is going to be very Grand as usual. It is a great opportunity for people back home. aDiYeN quotes Nammazhwar's pasuram and surrenders to him. Nammaazhwar vigraham can be seen on satAri in that DD. There is no separate sannadhi for Him there. vAnamAmalaiye aDiyEn thozha vandharulE! aDiyEn rAmAnuja dAsan, Ramanan Rajagopalan iruppidam vaikundham vEnkatam * mAlirunchOlaiyennum poruppidam mAyanuk enbar nallOr * avai thannodum van thiruppidam mAyan irAmAnusan manathinRavan van thiruppidam * enRan idhayaththuLLE thanakkinpuRavE. ---- On Thu, 18 Oct 2001, tavaradhan@xxxx (tavaradhan@xxxx) wrote: > srImathE saTakOpAya namah > srImathE rAmanujAya namah > srImathE anantArya mahAguravE namah > srImathE vara vara munayE namah > > dear bhAgavathAs, > > I would like to share with you all some information > about the grand scale with which our AchAryA's > thirunakshattiram is celebrated in various > divya dEsams. > > In kAnchipuram, there is a 10 day festival, with > thirumanjanam performed every day to svAmi maNavALa > mAmuni, and about 400 pasurams of the nalayiram > recited.
