THE SECRET BEHIND THE SMILE
THE CUNNING SMILE

Smile does not always mean good thing. Some wry smiles indicate bad intentions.
Display of hatred, Candid and explicit exhibition of animosity.

The nature of this world is such that a person is happy when the other gets
into trouble. The other man's problem is this man's enjoyment. The trauma
confronted by the next man is happiness for this man.

A man feels very happy when he learns about the distress of the other. He
smiles. This smile does convey happiness but is indeed a cunning smile as it
harbours and displays abhorrance and deep rooted bitterness against the other.

This man who has never tasted betel leaf till date starts enjoying that now.
Such is the intensity of the cunningness.

Should one be left amidst this bad world? is the question of AzhwAr.

"nannAdhar muRuvalippa, nal vuRRar karaindhEnga, ennArAth thuyar
viLaikkum, ivai enna vulagiyaRkai..." 4-9-1 of thiru-voi-mozhi;

Edu: 'oruvanukku, Oranartham vandhavAREA, aRRaikku munbu veRRilai
thinRaRiyArgaLEa Agilum, anRaga oru veRRilaith thEadith thinbadhu; oruduppu
vAngi vuduppadhu; sirippadhA niRpargaL AyiRru'

' on seeing another's distress, those who have not tasted betel leaves till
then, search and enjoy those; Acquire new dress and laugh at them'

That is the secret behind their cunning smile.
