Sri: Srimathe Ramanujaya nama: Dear Vishnu, I was joking. I am not that keen about srI vaikuNTam for couple of reasons. I don't find paravAsudEvan as handsome as the azhagiya maNavALan in bhujanga shayanam. If there is only happiness, will it not be boring? Only in the pain/separation, love blossoms to its fullest I guess! Even if i am in some remote corner of this material world, the thought of srI ranganATha on the serpent bed brings me a smile and makes me wonder about Him. He is happily enjoying His nidra instead of doing yOgam. That's why He is taking such a long time to catch us! We have so many varieties of perumAL in different postures which we wouldn't find in srI vaikuNTam. So, bhUlOkam is better than paramapadam in this aspect. I could be wrong (but it's my personal feeling)but I found dull nammAzhvAr's pAsurams on srI vaikuNTam journey compared with pAsurams like "kangulum pagalum" which is full of intoxicating love.
