mere to giridhara gupâla, dûsarâ na koî
jâ ke sira mora mukuTa, mero pati soî
tâta, mâta, bhrâta, bandhu, apanâ nahim koî
châRa daî, kula kî kâna, kyâ karegâ koî

Mine is Gopal, the Mountain-Holder; there is no one
else.
On his head he wears the peacock-crown: He alone is my
husband.
Father, mother, brother, relative: I have none to call
my own.
I've forsaken both God, and the family's honor: what
should I do?

The last line of the translation is incorrect. The original in Hindi is given. A better rendering would be "I have forsaken the family's hono(u)r, what can anybody do (now)?" I guess if she had forsaken God, we would not be reading about her today!

adiyen Ramanuja daasan,
jagan.
