Jai Sriman Narayana!
Asmath Gurubhyo Namha!

Dear Sangeetha:

We often get significantly frustrated to the point
that we start loosing faith in the lOrd. It is my
experience that Lord Sri Venkateswara (Sriman
Narayana) is everywhere and ever ready to help us.

Then, why do we get frustrated? If we are completely
dependent on Him and none else (including ourselves),
He defenitely helps us; He helps us in the last
moment. Only thing is that we have to have complete
vishvasam (faith) in Him. Remember that He has to take
care of billions of living beings like you and me who
have also done sharanagathi and are completely
dependent on Him.

I have been experiencing this throughout my life.
After surrendering to Him, it is His job to get us
through the samsara. There are a lot of hurdles for us
in life due to out infinite papam performed in this
and previous lives. He often takes us through
shortcuts. The paved road (which looks obviously good
for us)may be 20 miles, while He may take us through a
short cut which is only 20 yards but the road is all
muddy.

First thing is that we should have the feeling of
helplessness. "Ye gathi leni nA gathi neevE" You are
the only way for me as I have no other way.

Why things don't work and why we get frustrated? We
tend to act independently and want to make independent
decisions. We should let Him plan and act as to how He
is going to help us. Without His support, we can not
exist even for a split second.

Therefore, in conclusion, Lord Sriman Narayana is
listning to our prayers. Either our limited mind is
not able to operceive His help, or we are rather
impatient, or we do not have firm faith in Him.

With best wishes to you and all glories to Lord Sri
venkateswara, I remain,

Sincerely
Narender Reddy
