Dear Swamin,

You can find Purusha Suktam from Rg, Yajur (KRshNa, Shukla), Sama and
Atahrva vedas in the following e-book
at Ahobila Simham site. I compiled it in connection with my son's
upanayanam and
Sriman Sadagopan kindly published it as one of the e-books.

http://www.sundarasimham.org/ebooks/ebook73.htm

It also has the audios for all the 5 versions.
Word for word meaning with some notes for PS from KRSHNa YV (longest
version).
In the appendix it has PS texts from all the Vedas.

>>(i) Why is there variation in number of verses of Purusha Sooktam in
different Veda's (Rig Veda Samhita, mandala 10 (which has only 16
verses where as Yajur Veda has 18 verses). <<

kRSHNa YV has 24 mantras for PS.
Both Shukla and kRSHNa YVs have addiitonal mantras over Rg PS,
and in the additional mantras they establish that
PuruSHa is nArAyaNa with two consorts.
Why i shard to answer. That is the way it is, that i swhy!

(ii) Can some one tell me where to find Purusha Sooktam in Sama veda ?

I already gave you reference above

(iii) I have read in many places (mostly western view ) that Rig veda
is the is the oldest and Atharva veda is relatively young. Is this
true? Does the Vedas them self somewhere tell about their age r
origin? Can someone provide any reference ?

Yes, Rg Veda is the oldest.
