CHEMICAL AND STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATIONS OF COTTON CELLULOSE AND ITS ADMIXTURES DURING ALKALINE TREATMENTS |

The main efforts are concentrated on the following problems:
Theoretical foundation and creation of technological methods to promote structural transformations of cotton cellulose in sodium hydroxide solutions of high concentrations (4.0-4.5 M);
Kinetics and mechanisms of hydrolytic and oxidation destruction of cellulose natural satellites;
Correlations between the nature of complexing agents ( the derivatives of carboxylic and phosphonic acids) and their ability to influence the bleaching of cotton fabric in alkaline media at 70-1000C.
