Discovered Percy's <Lost in the Cosmos> through a friend. In studying

philosophy I have found that the ideas Percy was working with--the

language/world/self connection in particular--are some of the "heaviest"

around. It is remarkable that he can be so philosophically sophisticated

AND so humorous and accessible. I wish I could have met him.

I haven't read a single one of his novels, but I do have an autographed

copy of the mass market publication of <Lancelot>. If you would like it,

e-mail me.
