Janet Cantor, an occasional contributor to this list and dedicated Walker Percy reader, has published a book of her correspondence through the years: An Epistolary Life: Writings About Love, Gratitude, the Arts, and Political Discourse.
The book carries a foreword by Carlos Eire, Yale history professor and winner of the National Book Award.  Although the subject matter and interlocutors comprise a broad range--literature, culture, theater, politics, art, family relationships, Harold Prince, Ted Koppel, Peter Jennings, John Simon, William F. Buckley, etc.--the members of this list will no doubt be most interested in the lengthy sections on Walker Percy (sadly, as a subject, not correspondent), the Loyola symposium on The Moviegoer At Fifty and the correspondence with Percy biographer Jay Tolson.
The paperback is available here, there and on Amazon, and the publisher offers electronic versions.
