Do you mean to compare and contrast The Second Coming and The Old Man and the Sea?

I will be deciding which four works to do the comparative analysis this summer. My preliminary idea is The Moviegoer & The Nick Adams stories, The Last Gentleman and The Sun also Rises, Second Coming and The Old Man and the Sea, A Farewell to Arms or For Whom the Bell Tolls and Love in the Ruins or Lancelot.
