God Hid His Face
Selected Poems of RAJZEL ZYCHLINSKY

The Sun Rises

The sun rises,
the sun sets –
time stands still;
summer,
winter,
rains, snows –
time stands still.
Only in autumn,
when the leaves fall from the trees,
does time move –
rustles with restless wings
in emptiness,
in the void.
