ALLA MENOUNGE KAI

This phrase is found in Philippians 3:8. I find it to be a difficult one to
translate. Is there an instance in other Greek writings where MENOUNGE is
used with ALLA? I have translated this "but rather, yes rather, indeed."
This may be an awful translation, but I just don't know what to do with it.
5 particles in a row! ALLA, MEN, OUN, GE, kai KAI :-)

Wuest suggests translating all of the particles separately. I wondered,
however, if there were any known idioms involved here?
