I'd like to throw in 2c woth from perhaps a philosophical viewpoint.

KAINIZW and ANAKAINIZW. I understand that sometimes ANA- like re- sometimes
speake or restoring to a prior condition. Paul speaks often of the beleiver
and all things pertaining to him being made new. In Hebrews the writer is
encouraging his readers/hearers to come back to that position of newness.

I saw this understanding, in church one morning as the pastor was speaking of
bring to rememberance. ( Its been a while, I don't recall the text ) I
noticed the word was ANAMNESIA and it hit me that this is a negation of
negated memory.

I think the same may be said here in Hebrews 6:6: renewal is a negation of
having missplaced the newness of the life we have in Christ.

I hope I can share light. Please correct me if wrong
