By first century I suppose you mean Clement of Rome. There is an old work 
"The New Testament in the Apostolic Fathers" edited by a committee (Oxford 
committee I think). I used the copy in the Princeton Theological Seminary 
library. It list every possible quote/allusion of the GNT in the AF and rates 
them according to whether they think they really are quotes or not. I know of 
no such work for the apologists from the second century.
