Jack,
One of the problems with obtaining such a compilation is that the
preliminary text critical work has not been completed. You might check with
people on the TC list to see what has been done and what is in progress. I
haven't had an opportunity to look at the state of things since Ehrman and
Holmes edited _The Text of the NT in Contemporary Research_ (Studies and
Documents Series 46 I think) where Fee (I think) indicates that this is an
area that has been greatly ignored.
