KAI OUDEIS ANABEBHKEN EIS TON OURANON EI MH hO EK
TOU OURANOU KATABAS, hO hUIOS TOU ANQRWPOU

What is the temporal relationship between ANABEBHKEN
and KATABAS?

I am trying to determine if there is anything here
that can be stated with relative assurance regarding
which came first... the chicken or the egg.

We have an event identified here in ANABEBHKEN (finite verb).
We have a separate event identified as KATABAS (participle).

When an Aorist participle is used in relation to a Perfect
finite verb, is there a temporal relationship that one can
state with confidence?

Which occurred first? The ANABEBHKEN or the KATABAS ?
