Yes, there are two bibliographies on the Septuagint with entries for individual
books:
1. A Classified Bibliography of the Septuagint. Compiled by S. P. Brock, C. T.
Fritsch, S. Jellicoe. Leiden, Brill 1973 (till 1970)
2. Bibliography of the Septuagint/Bibliographie de la Septante. Compiled by Cecile
Dogniez. Leiden, Brill 1995 (1970-1993)
