There are none; the reason is simply that the aorist form for the
"intransitive" hISTAMAI ("come to a standing position") is ESTHN (what
Ward Powers and I (and one or two others perhaps also) call a "third
aorist." The active hISTHMI does, of course, have an active "first" aorist,
ESTHSA, with the sense, "cause to stand," "establish."
