Correspondence site run by the pastor of a church I attended while at Texas
A&M University.  It is quite thorough.  He's just a couple of hours from you
over in Bryan as well (if someone from Austin can handle learning from an
Aggie :-) ).  There is also a Presbyterian Seminary in Austin (I can't
remember the name of it though) and they may offer some Greek courses to fit
your schedule.
