The Westcott & Hort text is, as Carl noted, available online. I put one up
there myself at
www.ccel.org/w/westcott/gnt/toc.htm
You will need the Arial Unicode MS font for this. Although it is already
formatted, you can use a program such as FrontPage (or simply work with the
raw HTML) to format it to your liking.
