Dative in Gal 5:25

I would suggest that
EI ZWMEN PNEUMATI, PNEUMATI KAI STOICWMEN
Is an Instrumental dative reflecting the manner in which the action is
carried out or possibly even the means by which the action is carried out.

The form is similar to Gal 5:16
LEGW DE, PNEUMATI PERIPATEITE KAI EPIQUMIAN SARKOS OU MH TELESHATE.

And again in 5:18
EI DE PNEUMATI AGESQE

I think that cumulative force of these passages suggests a dative of means.
If we are led by means of the Spirit or through the agency of the Spirit...

I hope that answers in part the question you are asking?
