I don't have access to the papyri, but the only instances non biblical
instances I could find searching the TLG (using ORQOTOM as my search term)
were in the TLG's varia and incertum section and they are:

Rhetorica Anonyma&`Progymnasmata 1.634.12
&` Ducas Hist.&`Historia Turcobyzantina 36.5.5
&` Anthologiae Graecae Appendi&`Epigrammata dedicatoria 357.1

and in the 2nd -3rd centuries:

Clement of Alexandria

Stromata 1.1.3.4.2
Stomata 2.2.4.1.2
Stomata 2.2.4.2.2
Stomata 2.13.59.1.3
Stomata 7.16.104.1.2

Origin
Contra Cells 5.1.18
Commentaries in evangelism Matthew 15.32.45
