Apart from the patristic citations already given by Jeffrey Gibson, Lampe 
cites --- excluding the use of ORQOTOMEW in the exegesis of 2 Tim. 2:15 by 
Chrysostom and Theodoret of Cyrus -- only the  History of Melchisedech by 
Athanasius ( spurious )
