The clause is hOITINES DIKHN TISOUSIN hOLEQRON AIWNION *APO PROSWPOU TOU
KURIOU* KAI APO THS DOXHS THS ISCUOS AUTOU, ktl

This phrase APO TOU PROSWPOU TOU KURIOU is a literal translation of the Hebrew
 phrase LiP:NeY-YHWH "before-the-face-of YHWH".

It is quite common in the NT.
