I have: Micheal Palmer <mwpalmer> at <earthlink.net> (@ North Carolina State
last I knew)

There is some material available. I didn't recheck other sources already
cited in this thread, so I'm not comparing these to what those grammars do.
(I haven't really been following this thread, so it's surprising that I
decided to check Carl's post to see what it was about--and found my name
listed!)

A search of the RTA database for <Greek> and <preposition*> notes only two
articles, neither of which are relevant; zero hits on <preposition> and
<syntax>; <preposition*> alone gives 25 articles, but almost all on
individual preps. or on specific passages, etc. (a few are Hebrew), nothing
implying a focus on syntax in general.

Moulton's grammar has an extensive ch. on prepositions (v. 3, ch. 18) with
scattered notes on syntax throughout, also 3:349-50.

Simcox's *Language/NT* has one page devoted to one syntactical issue (p.
158--same issue as I explore below).

The most extensive discussion of which I'm aware is Richard Young's
*Intermediate NT Greek,* ch. 6, pp. 85-104, of which the early pages are
devoted to syntax of the phrase per se (which I think is what you're looking
for). This is not exhaustive, but is better than most.

I do have one brief study posted that addresses one issue in re. to the
syntax of prepositional phrases:
http://faculty.bbc.edu/rdecker/documents/preposit.pdf
This deals with the construction: <prep> <noun> <KAI> <[prep]> <noun>. It's
a preliminary study now several years old, but I've not developed it further
at this point.
