As I've stated before: your impression is wrong. I've even stated offlist to 
Carl that I would never have said such a thing, even if I had been drunk.

Search the archives! I've never suggested anything of this sort.

I will say this.....again: In my opinion, Wallace is clearly motivated by a 
purely theological agenda (like all of us are prone to) when explaining his 
position on a particular verse here and there (cf. Romans 9:22), but overall 
I highly recommend his GGBB. Who wouldn't?

I am disappointed in this public misrepresentation, and I really see no 
reason for it, although for some reason, I've come to expect it. I'm ready 
to leave it at that; let's move on.
