This hardly squares up with the meaning PISTIS has elsewhere in Hebrews, does
it, let alone with the fact that PISTIS is never attested anywhere else with the
sense you are proposing?
And what collection of documents did Abel or Enoch or Noah or Abraham have so
that by PISTIS in them these figures did what the author of Hebrews said they
did ?
