Embarrassed. In my reply to Ken Litwak a few moments ago, I concluded with
the following words:

What I intended to say is perhaps obvious, but to make it explicit, let me
spell it out; the last sentence SHOULD read: "I think that the verb
PLHROFHQHi here is more likely intransitive THAN authentically passive in
sense." (THAN in upper case to emphasize the replacement, obviously).
