[B-Greek] how to say 'continuative aspect' in Greek

Dr. Buth:

I think you may have a hard time finding an agreed
upon definition of "continuative" and "imperfective."
And therefore, may have a difference of opinion as to
the appropriate Greek word/phrase. I've seen them used
differently by grammarians. Most notably I've run
across "continuative" used to indicate that an
event/action extends out INDEFINITELY. As you know,
many events described by an imperfective/continuative
verb may long be over with by the time a
writer/speaker describes them. I've been toying with
the idea of describing an imperfective verb-event as
an event "in motion." That way, I can avoid the
concept of LENGTH OF TIME in motion. (If a "length of
time" is understood, I leave that to the context, not
the verb.)
